1. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

All materials made available across Mazala’s websites and platforms are for informational purposes only. They do notconstitute legal, financial, tax, insurance, bonding, energy, or transportation advice.

Users should seek independent consultation with appropriately licensed professionals or regulatory bodies before relying on any information to make business or financial decisions.

2. NO OFFER OR GUARANTEE OF SERVICE

Accessing or using Mazala’s websites does not create a binding agreement or service contract. All services—including energy brokerage, logistics coordination, insurance placement, and surety bond facilitation—are subject to:

3. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND PLATFORMS

Mazala’s digital tools may connect to or rely on third-party platforms, including:

  • Energy quote engines or supplier databases
  • Insurance underwriting platforms
  • Bond issuance and eligibility tools

Mazala is not responsible for the content, uptime, security, or data practices of these third-party systems. Use of such platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.

4. INDUSTRY RELATIONSHIPS AND LIMITATIONS

Mazala Global, LLC serves in a brokerage and facilitator capacity only:

  • Mazala Energy is a licensed energy broker and does not generate, own, or distribute energy.
  • Mazala Logistics is a licensed freight broker and does not operate trucks, warehouses, or other transportation assets.
  • Mazala Insurance provides access to licensed insurance carriers and bonding companies but is not a direct underwriter.

All quotes, contracts, coverage, or decisions are made by third-party suppliers, underwriters, or carriers, and subject to their respective regulatory and contractual conditions.

5. MARKET CONDITIONS AND QUOTE ACCURACY

Any rates, estimates, or quotes provided via Mazala’s platforms—including for:

  • Energy procurement
  • Freight transportation
  • Insurance premiums or bond pricing

…are non-binding and subject to change due to:

  • Market volatility
  • Underwriting conditions
  • Supplier/carrier availability
  • Technical or data transmission errors

Only signed agreements or issued documentation are considered final.

6. NO WARRANTIES

All content, platforms, quotes, and tools are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind—express or implied—including:

  • Warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy, timeliness, or completeness
  • Availability or uninterrupted access

Depending on jurisdiction, these DBAs may also be recognized as:

  • Assumed Business Names
  • Trade Names
  • Fictitious Business Names
  • Business Aliases

All operations are governed by the corporate authority of Mazala Global, LLC.
